40 yr old male who up till I was 37, I worked outdoors or some active job. Late 2009 I took a desk job for the county I live in. I weighed 245 lbs. Here we are coming up on 3 years, (This November) and I weigh 325. Well, that was on August 23rd. Taking 5 pills in the morning and 5 pills at night plus insulin. I'm Diabetic, High Blood Pressure, Stage 4 kidney disease, feel bloated, couldn't tie my own shoes or put on my own socks, and embarrassing enough, had a hard time doing my paperwork on the throne if you catch my thrift......So fast forward to today, September 8th. I weighed in this morning at 308 lbs. I can put on my socks, tie my shoes, do my paperwork I don't feel bloated. I bend better, walk better, feel better. My goal is to get down to 235 lbs. Im just thankful to have the support of a beautiful wife.......

Sorry your health has been compromised but I'm so glad you are doing something right to help you lose the weight and improve your health. I used to weight over 200 pounds, was pre-diabetic, had hight blood pressure and high cholesterol....I kind of feel your pain. As a nurse, I've seen in my patients so many scary, debilitating, and even deadly diseases secondary to unhealthy living! Unhealthy living isn't a joke and shouldn't be taken lightly at all! Keep up the great work and congratulations for your 12 pounds lost so far! Add me if you want and have open food/workout dairy and want to receive/give support.0
