Sources of Calcium for Lactose AND Soy Intolerance?

Does anyone have any suggestions for an alternative source of calcium for someone who is lactose and soy intolerant? I can eat yogurt and certain kinds of cheese, but cheese is so high calorie. I supplement, but I prefer to meet my nutritional requirements naturally if I can.

Almond Milk. Supposed to have more (I forget the percentage) calcium than a serving of milk, its low calorie and it tastes great!

Arugula - 1 cup has about the same amount of calcium as a cup of cottage cheese.

Ever since learning that, I add it to all my salads.

Look for Calcium fortified stuff, I know country crock butter has it, also some orange juices, breads, and protein bars. I am the same way, can stomach only certain cheeses, though I occasionally will suffer the pain of ice cream.

Fortified almond milk, rice milk, coconut milk or oat milk.

    What arcticfox04 said as well.

Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla! I eat my greens and other stuff too, but a glass of the almond milk each day helps me make sure I get enough calcium. It's only 40 calories a cup!
  • Thank you guys!

Especially for the almond milk suggestion. It sounds like an easy solution. :)
