14 day bootcamp

I am planning to do a 14 day "bootcamp" <today would be 13days more> until the "big function" i have...<meeting my "fat critics" yes i know that i shouldn't care but i doo...so i rather do something about my weight than feel depressed later>

And by bootcamp i do not mean starve, workout, starve...
But be as clean as possible in my diet..and get maximum workout and be maximum active all day....

I am on my last 3 pounds so yea all the help and motivation and advices would be appreciated...
