end of week 2 of Jillians Body Revolution

Okay so ive done 2 weeks of jillians body revolution ive not lost 1lb
but ive not a few inches from bits of my body. and i do feel better.
im up at 5am to do the workout then its walk my dog for a mile and half then its school trips twice a day for my 2 boys
and on Tuesdays i do 4 mile bike ride and Sunday 3 mile run.

i eat around 1700 calories a day so thats about half of my exercise cals. but i dont drink an awful lot of water. maybe 2 cups a day.

So whats your advice for me to lose LBs.

    Your ticker says you've lose 28lbs, which is great. What's the problem, have you plateaued?

    I haven't done that one, but I was in a group doing 30 Day Shred. Many people saw more significant losses in inches than pounds. In the month, I lost 5 pounds, but I also lost a couple inches each from my waist, chest and hips, and an inch from my thighs, which was really impressive to me. I can't believe how much stronger I feel now -- how I would feel at the end of each week doing a particular workout from the first time I tried it and struggled to do everything.

    Stick with it and don't let the scale have so much power over you. Look at the tape measure and how you feel. All of these things add up to success, not just what the scale reads. Remember that muscle is more dense than fat, so you can loose some size while putting on muscle and becoming more dense.

    I not talking about overall im talking about the 2 weeks since doing the body revolution workout.....
