Slimming World Cottage Pie please?

I'm going to MIL's for tea tonight so want to work out todays remaining calories.

I had a look online but it just says how many syns it has but not calorie amount. :ohwell:

If you go to the My Food tab,

then click on Recipes,

then click on the green button that says Enter New Recipe,

from there you can add the recipe.

MFP will calculate the calories for you per total recipe and per serving. It will also give you the nutrient profile.
