Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stayed within my calories, Elliptical for 45 minutes and chose to have a pear at 8:00 last night instead of a chocolate chip muffin.

What would I have done differently? Nothing

What is today's personal goals? Workout - today will be hard for me to stay within my calories. I have a Holiday Party tonight. It usually is a buffet - my approach is to layoff the appetizers (pick fruit instead), choose a small amount of items from the buffet that I wouldn't normally make/eat and go for the chocolate covered strawberries instead of the cheescake. Wish me luck! I probably should do the Elliptical for 2 hours today... :laugh:

    Didn't eat past 6, even though we ended up unexpectantly going out with family at 9 p.m. Only had diet soda.

    What would I have done differently?
    Nothing

    What is today's personal goals?
    Get to the gym. Run on hills. Don't go over my calories.

    Something I read that I'm going to use for my next big party in January, don't know if I can do it. I read "somewhere" that you only need 3 bites for off your diet foods. One to see if you like it, the second to enjoy it, and the third to remind you that you don't need it.

    I didn't pig out on candy all day long.

    I should have stayed away from the piece of cake at 3:00 yesterday.

    Workout tonight and stay within my calories.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? made good choices for dinner
    What would I have done differently? gotten a little exercise in ... maybe I should count shopping at lunchtime ... I did have to park at the outer corner of the parking lot at Target!
