Good Morning ... I'm up 2 lbs. this week. Hasn't been the best of weeks with my eating, and I have a terrible cold right now, and I have my period ... so all in all ... this number is no surprise. Here's to a better week this week. Take care all and have a great day.
YEAR END GOAL: I would like to be 20 lbs. lighter by then ... that would bring me to 169 lbs.
July 16 - 189 lbs.

1 lb down this week. I'll take it. I got back on track with the workouts. I felt so blaaaahhhh when I slacked off. Since I have been getting my workouts in, I have felt so much better. Maggie, so sorry your feeling bad. That really sucks to be dealing with a cold and period at the same time. I hope you feel better soon! Have a great day everyone!0

I thought I lost you guys because I did'nt see this thread before and then I put in my own for the 17th and no one was there. I was wondering what happened. Well, glad to see the group is still here and I am sorry to hear that you have a cold Maggie. Hope you get well soon. Rdy2Lose128, glad that you lost weight! Even 1 pound is good because it just puts you that much closer to your goal.
Hope everyone has a great day and I will repost my weight loss here later. I will just copy and paste from what I wrote on thursday so don't mind it being almost a week late.

So I lost 2 pounds this week. Today is also my last day on Detox. Yay!!! :drinker:

Hey girls, don't know if the group is still in tack. I couldn't see a new link but just wanted to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy New Year. I will be setting my goals in january as I will be getting ready to train for the New Orleans Marathon 2011. And my husband and I plan on going south right after that so it means bathing suit and beaches. So in all I have a goal of losing 50-60 lbs in a year. There it is said and now I will have to do it no more goofing off.
Well hopefully you are all still in the group and I will look for you all next year.
