No Workouts... All Work

So, classes began a few weeks ago... and I am finding it hard to fit in any sort of workout on the days that I have classes from 9am-3:30pm (which I am walking around campus between classes a lot) with work following shortly after from 4pm- 10:00pm (or later). Now, I work at a Sports Bar that is directly across from my city's Ballpark Stadium, so we are SO busy/full on Home Game Days.... so I am standing/walking/cleaning consistently for about 6 or more hours. This alone makes me exhausted after a full day's work and school. This isn't necessarily a "workout" .... but do you think it's enough of consistent movement to be -safe- from not working out that day?

Definitely...I would also try to incorporate some body weight exercises to feel like you've done a bit for strengthening too...think push ups, bodyweight squats/lunges, etc...

Most gyms open at 5AM. You don't have classes until 9. I think you can find the time if you want to, but you have to want to.
