    Tie your shoes TIGHT, Do not wear baggy anything - especially pants as you will be trying to hold them up the whole time. Have fun :-)

    Make sure your glycogen stores are maxed out for optimal performance! Don't limit carbs the day before and leading up to the race.

    Our body's switch to burning fat after about 30 minutes as glycogen is depleted, so it is suggested for endurance workouts (longer than 30 minutes) that you snack on carbs to provide easy-to-digest calories to fuel maximum performance.

    i wish i had tight shorts cause i was holding them up after the water and mud but overall it wasnt too bad
