Hi. My name is David and I am new to the program. I heard about it from a fellow firefighter at work and I was already eating right and exercising, but found this app to help out with keeping track of what I eat during the day and how much. I hope to reap many benefits from this program and to find some buddies to help me out with new and interesting ideas to loose spot weight. I don't necessarily want to drop weight as much as I just want to loose the fat that is covering my abs. I use the old program right now "How to get 6 pack Abs" and it's o.k., but I'm open to new ideas. Seeking buddies to help. Thanks.
