Help I'm going on Vacation, any tips to offer?

Hi everyone I am going to NYC with my famiy next weekend for a little vacation! This will be the first time I have tried to diet while away from home. Any tips on what to do?

    If you're keen to stay on track and not gain too much/at all then selecting things like steak and salad (with dressing on the side) as evening meals will help, also take it easy at breakfast and opt for things like fruit &/or eggs. From what I remember, NYC is pretty cosmopolitan and you should find it easy to find healthy meals, such as sushi or low fat wraps throughout the day.

    It might be worth googling which cafes/restaurants you're likely to frequent and check out their menus so you can find helathier options. Also, make the most of exploring the city and walk as much as you can.

    Finally, remember that it is a holiday, so maybe allow yourself a few small treat items, such as a dessert or glas of wine in the evening. :smile:
