Would like some friends as I go along this journey

I fairly new to this site and on every day. While I enjoy reading the community list, I would like to network, follow, be friends with others who are committed to this journey of losing weight and getting healthy.
I am older than a lot of people on this list (at least from what I have seen) and while at the time my body strength may be somewhat weak, my mind is strong.
I have a personal trainer that I work out with Mon-Wed-Fri at 4am. Yeah I know, that's crazy but it's the best time of the day for me to get my exercise in and get to work by 6:30am. I also run on my own on my days off.
I am going to be successful in reaching my goal weight by the end of the year so when everybody else is joining different programs to lose weight, I will enjoy the fact that I am not one of them making a New Years Resolutions to lose weight.
I believe in positive affirmations and they help me a great deal so if you have any....please share and I will do the same. Thanks for listening and I wish everybody success.
