Just wondering...because it dawned on me the other day, whilst bopping around my flat to to a bit of Beyonce "bootylicious" in my sweat ridden gym attire, that I always feel super duper sexy when I'm getting a good sweat on at the gym!

Is that weird or is there anyone else out there that shares that same feeling???

    If you go through some previous thread on this - you will find you're not alone.

    I specifically LOVE to sweat and find that during a workout I have to struggle to keep "things" under wraps.... Nothing sexier than effort, heavy breathing and sweat. So hot.

    Feeling sweaty makes me feel like a boss haha and sometimes makes me feel sexy. I also have a Shakira/Latin pop playlist that I listen to wayyy too often and I have little dance parties by myself in my room/when I'm working out and yes sir, I feel sexy! :tongue: *salsa dances all the way home*

    I guess the above applies to other workouts too...hahaha! Glad to hear I am not a complete and utter weirdo for enjoying absolutely dripping with sweat gym sessions lol. Plus, tottering around in lycra (which is very flattering!) probably helps a great deal!

    Oh yes! I often find myself getting a bit too carried away with my playlist at the gym...bit of hip shaking on the cross traine & hair whipping on the treadmill :P hahaha

    Yep, I feel you on this one too! I find it quite liberating using the squat rack in the weights section...and I think the men are secretly impressed, although, probably wouldn't ever say that!

    Nothing makes me feel sexy. Not even sex anymore.

    Working out usually just makes me feel hot and moody or bruised and chipper.

    (Not to sound vain) but when i get out of the shower and see the results i'm getting for all the blood, sweat, and tears from working out and eating healthy. That's what makes me feel sexy AND proud!

    Awww I'm slightly jealous I'm not at this stage yet! That's a great mentality to have :D Not vain at all, you deserve to love your body if you put the work in

    working out and feeling strong makes me feel energized and positive and that in turn leads straight to my insatiable sex drive... so ya working out makes me feel sexy. but more then that im an attention *kitten*, so getting checked out and chatted up does it for me.

    Getting eyed up in a bar - I have pretty much no confidence at the moment so it's nice to feel noticed - especially if a lovely guy comes and dances with me! And high heels - can't walk for too long in them but they do make you feel more "Bring it on I can do anything"
