The biggest thing I have found that helps me is to cut out soda completely, wether it's diet or regular it is not good for your body. And make sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. :smile:

    I agree! Leaving diet coke behind has been the hardest for me but I feel so much better when I don't drink it. I just wish water tasted better I have a hard time with drinking enough.

    Um, lets see, if a carb portion (like rice or pasta) is bigger than your fist, it's most likely more than one serving. Always use portion control!
