MFP already calculates your calorie allowance with a deficit in mind, any calories you burn are an additional deficit. While in theory this sounds like a good thing you run the risk of two things happening. 1) Your metabolism becomes accustomed to living on low calories and slows to accommodate this, making weight loss more difficult after a while and putting weight back on much easier. 2) You're significantly more likely to lose your weight from lean mass stores instead of the nasty fat stores you really want to lose it from.0

In addition - why starve yourself on a small number of calories when you have the option to eat more. Exercise calories give you the freedom to have a glass or two of wine guilt free when you've used all your standard calories on dinner.0
