Question: I just started working out again for the first time in months & my goal is to actually get on the elliptical because it seems to burn the most calories but I am really big & it just hurts my knees too much. I have being doing my cardio on the treadmill & stationary bike instead. Any advice?

First of all, congrats on getting out there and working it! Not always easy, but worth it. Secondly, maybe the elliptical just isn't for you. There are a myriad of other cardio exercises out there and you should do the ones you enjoy. Don't base it on the calorie burn. Do what you like. And keep up the good work!0
