"I'm bringing Sexy Back!" Justin (oh so fine) Timberlake
  • "Rosa Parks" by Outkast...something about the beat just keeps me going

I also LOVE "Til I Collapse" by Eminem...because sometimes during cardio I feel like collapsing lol. The lyrics are personal for me

Love the Eminem song too. Just downloaded it and it helps me keep a good pace while running.

Funny you mention Eminem. I actually have an entire Eminem playlist just for long runs. His beats (no pun on Dre intended) are great for running. Here are a few from that playlist.

    Till I Collapse
    WTP
    Never Enough
    Say What You Say
    When the Music Stops
Ridaz (usually the fastest song in my playlist)

I tend to listen to Pandora's 90s hard rock station when I work out, so a lot of Disturbed and Fuel.

Flirtin With Disaster - Molly Hatchett. The music REALLY kicks loose at one point and I almost exploded my heart on the ellipticals the first time it came up.

    also...

You and Me and the Bottle makes 3 - Big Bad Voodoo Daddy
I wanna be like you - Big Bad Voodoo Daddy
Groove is in the Heart - Dee Lite
Jungle Boogie - Kool & the Gang
Pump up the Volume - M.A.A.R.S
Beer - The Reverand Horton Heat
Tom Sawyer - Rush. Extra points if it comes on while I'm slowing down from the effort, instaboost.

"Harder than you think" by Public Enemy..i'm not a rap fan,but this song will push you to the edge of what you believe is possible. In england, channel 4 who screened the paralympics, used this particular song as their anthem. i'll never forget this song ever, as it came up on my playlist for the last mile of my half marathon and made me finish STRONG.

    Wookiefoot - Guantanamo
    Bassnectar - Amorphous mixtape volume 7 ROOOOCCCCCKKKKSSSS! It's a 30 minute podcast.

If you're into jam bands (!!!!!) I'd also look at STS9. They've got a bit of electronic influence in there but it's all so lovely, quick, and powerful.
