Subject line sound familiar?

Well that has been me..all.year.long with NO results. I get on a this wonderful tangent of wanting to eat better, exercise, live life vicariously through others when I come to an abrupt stop. STRESS, WORK, and LAZINESS are part of the problem. But most of all it's ME and LACK of motivation.

I bought a desktop calendar today and while my daughter was coloring next to me, I sat next to her and filled in each blank until the end of the month. A walking schedule. Daily. Along with Week 1 a focus on Core doing planks.

That's it. One week at a time. Plan the week and start again. I can say I'm comfortable with that and hope to reap some benefits. I told my husband my week starts Monday (not Sunday) so he's making me the FATTIEST dinner I ever wanted (fried chicken, stuffing, beets, corn, cornbread, gravy).

Week 1 (starting tomorrow and even took off work) is my walk day and working on planks. All week long.

Peace Love and Happy Eating
Ann-Marie.

Good luck! You will love the results once you get started...again! I gotta' say, since I started my workouts back in March, my bootie is looking pretty sweet. Whenever I need that motivation, I go look at it in the mirror. What? I'm just saying it works for me!

    Thank You!

My booty is big enough. Just need to shape it up! Seeing my sisters get in shape and take care of themselves is one step to motivation. I don't want to be the fat sister! lol
  • I totally understand! I started the gym (yet again) today and it felt great. My parents gave me the membership as a gift so that I start losing weight with my dad. The deal is 3 x times a week and no excuses! Feel free to add me as a friend and we can motivate each other for our workouts! HAving support changes everything!
