Hello!

Well, I signed up for this MFP about two years ago then forgot about it. I have a friend that recommended it recently and realized I already had an account that I never used, so here I am. I started tracking my calories a week ago and this week I plan to get more into exercising starting with Zumba tomorrow.

I have been overweight for as long as I can remember. I finally feel like I am ready to make the changes necessary to make me happy with myself not only physically but emotionally as well but I know getting healthier will be the hardest part for me. I'm glad to see that others around here seem to be supportive and look forward to my journey.
