I heard there's green powder that helps you can mix into water or milk to drink if you are missing the important green vegetables in your diet. If you use it, what brand do you use? What kind? I am lacking some vitamins one way or another (naturally) and is trying to balance my diet regardless of how much I lost. Not to mention, it's also known as a meal replacement.

Here's what I use... beware it will give you some "OMG I HAVE TO RUN OUT OF THE ROOM AND THE FLOWERS ARE WILTING" gas the first 2 or so times you use it... hahahahah ;) But it is DELIICCIIOOUUUSSS

I like all of the Amazing grass ones too, and you can go to Whole Foods or somewhere and try different flavors. Orange Creamsicle is yummmm!!

Trader Joe's brand tastes the best. I add it to my protein powder smoothie in the AM.

I have also used Perfect food. That tastes more like lawn clippings but has less sugar.

I use Amazing Grass green powder (regular). It smells like fish food but gets oddly addictive in a, "my body wants this, not my tastebuds" sort of way. I mix it into a frozen drink using a frozen banana and water, and it's really sweet! I'm a huge fan of green powder - so much easier than keeping lots of greens that wilt because you can't use the fast enough, more nutrients, and easier so you'll actually do it.

On the fence about other powders - like protein powder - but green powder is one I swear by, especially since (i think) the key to eating healthfully is getting your body back in balance with all the nutrients it needs, so it isn't craving ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING to try to get what it's missing.
