Just curious as what you reward yourself when you have reached you're mini goals and so on? Apart from the new clothing of course..

I have a rewards list on my fridge. eg.
5kg lost = pedicure
10kg lost = hot stone massage
15kg lost = new handbag
20kg lost = hair makeover
etc
that way I'm always working towards something!0 -
Rewards... I never even thought about that...
Hmm, I will have to give it some thought.0 -
My first goal was "fake nails".
Second goal was a new purse.
Third goal was a piece of jewelry
And my next goal will be a pair of Dansko clogs.
My final goal will be a spa weekend away with my husband...0 -
We go to the movies about twice a month...so My BIG reward food wise, is Pretzel bites when I do

3lbs: New running shoes and a new top
7lbs: 4 cheat days (hit maintenance instead of calorie deficit) over labor day weekend Thurs-Sun
10lbs: Not there yet, but split a $50 bottle of wine with my friend. New swimsuit.0 -
My reward is seeing the numbers on the scale go down.0

Clothes - I know you said besides that BUT I don't have massive weight loss so I haven't really changed size so there is no necessity for new clothes (my old ones just fit better) So new stuff really is a reward. Either cute as work out clothes or new clothes for work and going out that make me feel confident and awesome0

My next reward will be new jeans...but cheapish ones bc I don't plan to stay that size for long!0

When I hit my (then) goal of 150 lbs... My reward was a tree tattoo on my side.
If I can hit 140 and maintain, it will either be tattoo or clothes.0 -
My first reward here was a FitBit, its $100 so I had to prove I could lose something before blowing the money.0

I enjoy getting new computer games - I am addicted to hidden object games - or new books when I reach my mini goals. I managed to lose 20 pounds with a reward for every 5 pounds before finding mfp. Other things I have considered are new music CDs, going to see movies at the theater instead of renting movies, getting my hair done, and jewelry (even though I don't wear much normally).0

I reward myself with visits to the day spa - body scrub, massage, facial and pedicure ohh thats the life pampering at its best.. plus getting my hair done and my nails too... better then food rewards I can enjoy this 10 times more0

Massages every 10 pounds! I'm just one pound away....:drinker:0
