Get-you-through-the-holidays CHALLENGE!!!

Guess what time it is! Fall is just about here, which means Halloween (candy!), Thanksgiving (TURKEY and pies!) and my favorite, CHRISTmas!!! (YUP, lots more junk food). Ladies and gentleman, this is the time where food sticks to the booties and the bellies...What if we tried something new this time of year...what if we were the ones at the party who people wanted to be (the ones NOT stuffing our faces). What if we decided to eliminate the junk and eat completely healthy this holiday season....Ok, maybe a little splurge here and there....but I want to challenge you, AND HELP YOU, through the next few months, through probably the hardest part of the year.
