Prenatal Vitamin- Help?

I'd like to start off saying that no, I'm not pregnant. I have been noticing that certain meats make me really ill (namely; red meats and pork products), and I'm currently not in the position where I can afford to eat the meats that don't make me ill regularly (long story short, I am going to college... my parents pay for some things but for others give me money for me to budget so I learn how)... So I've noticed I'm low in some b-vitamins and iron and whatnot. I also have a longer history of B12 and iron deficiencies, even with red meat consumption.

So, my mom suggested the prenatal vitamins she used. She had to get some when she found out she had a b-12 deficiency, and then the docs realized that her body simply can't absorb it through the digestive tract and so the vitamins were kind of pointless.

Now I have quite a few prenatal vitamins- they are oval-capsule shaped, yellow, and have a 9111 etched onto one side and 93 etched onto the other. I don't have the bottle they came in, and that's the problem. I have no idea what they contain and how much they contain. Does anybody know what the "standard" for prenatal vitamins is? So I have some ball-park idea about it? Thank you!
