Hey y'all
I would love just some basic tips and such that would help me on my weight loss.
I am 19, & an emotional eater to be quite honest and have lost weight in the past but it came back. I am motivated to do so to beat my families genetics & the fact that 75% of my family is Diabetic and want to beat the odds! Any advice and little tips or even motivation would be wonderful!
