    At 55/15/30 cpf? Absolutely.

Little difficult to do 25% protein or more from plants unless you're eating powders or tofu all the time.

Well I guess with the powder I could get the protein ....But as far as losing fat and preserving muscle with little to no meat involved. can that be accomplished?

absolutely. Even in a high protein individual eating meat, plants should make up most of the diet, with most/all of that coming as raw or minimally processed foods.

I was just saying that a high protein macro goal (25% and up) is tough because most plant protein sources deamed "good sources of protein" are only around 25%-35% calories from protein.

There's a number of websites out there that I've seen people post in the past about vegetarian and vegan weight lifters and how to go about it. I'm sure Google will hand you back plenty of results about it. :)
