Some days if I'm feelin a bit unwell or off for some reason, I still like to try and move but I usually do lower intensity.
Being a single mum I have to be at home a lot, I have an exercise bike which is sort of 'go to exercise' I I haven't done anything else
But have been feeling a bit off last few days so doing lower intensity but longer amout of time.
But im just not sure about it all
Just as example if I did 20 minutes in the bike at a higher intensity I feel like its doing a lot more for me than say 40 min at low intensity but the cals burnt work out about the same.
I know this isn't really a question, just any thoughts.. Advice?
