20 + weight loss (hoping to lose another 20 to 30) *photos*

I started my current weight loss journey at 213 & am currently at 186.4

I eat semi-healthy diet that is mostly low calories (I have about two HUGE cheat days a week)

I also do some cardio (walk about 4 to 16 miles a week) & I also do a lot of in depth house cleaning where I am constantly on my feet, bending, & moving.

I hope you can notice the difference as much as I can.

Outfits in white are before, outfits in black are after!
