Ok so I'm new to this! I'm tryn to get my body back like I want i. I wna like what i see when I look at myself again!! I've been doin crunches, lunges, pushups, squats, etc and am jus wondering how long before u c results?? And what more can I be doing??? I really wna b toned!!!!

    You will see results the first two weeks...especially if you haven't worked out for a while. After the initial changes, strength gains slow down a bit.
