Blueberry Muffins - 121 calorie and HUGE *pics*

I'll have to try these this weekend. I enjoy a muffin in the morning with my coffee. As for the eggs, according to MFP (and some labels) a large egg has only 70-80 calories, spread across 10 muffins doesn't add that much.

May I recommend Carbquick as a super low carb flour replacment. My wife and I just love it.
We buy it from Netrition.com and they offer flat fee shipping. So we always buy 4 boxes at a time.
The NET carbs are really low and we have had alot of success with many of our favorite recipes.
