Hi guys,
I have weight in todaynto find i have put on again. I can't really believe this because I dont really go out on food.

I am exercising every day since returning from holiday with two pounds on only. I was doing better away from home on salads and ice cream. Now that i have come home after three weeks i have out on consistently.

I read up on my net carbs and realise i was under eating in july and this could have caused the 4 weeks plateau. My weight did not move but at least i lost inches. Now I have adjusted my intake to eat around half of my exercise and i am piling on the weight.

I was under eating now i am overeating? What is going on? Two months of adjusting my regime and still no rewards. I was slimmer not going to the gym and not try to loose weight.

Could this be muscles gain? I go to the gym 5-6 times a week for at least 1-1.30 hrs.

Really feel like giving up this morning, I m only 5ft 2 so being 70kg is not ideal. This is my pregnancy weight, crazy!!!

Sorry about the rant. Any advice or support would be lovely.

Hi, I had a wee peek at your diary and I don't think you are eating enough. Once you take you exercise calories off of what you have actually eaten you are netting less than 1,200. I am only 5' 2" and I upped my cals from 1,200 to 1,400 and eat back most of my exercise cals and I have been losing between 1 and 1.5lb a week.

  • I'm no expert either, but number 1 is keep working at it and don't give up! I see you haven't been consistent with logging your foods. Make sure you keep good track of what you eat and weigh/measure everything. You'd be surprised sometimes of how far off you can be.

Just keep going. If you're eating 1200-1500 cals a day and working out 5-6 days a week you should see results after a while. You're already wokring on a healthy lifestyle so just keep at it! You got this hun!
