Motivation today

I've been doing well - losing weight keeping my steps up over 10000 every day with my fit bit for a little while now - eating well isn't normally an issue and I will be ok with that today but at the weekend it was my brothers birthday and i endulged on the food front a little - nothing ott but that coupled with a late night and poor sleep last night is leaving me feeling tired today - I am at work and won't get home till 5:45 - should I try ploughing on through to get to 10000 steps or write today off sleep well tonight and make up for it tomorrow??

    Do you have a rest day? It sounds like your body is telling you, you need rest. Rest up and go for it tomorrow.

    I don't have a rest day as such - I exercise 3 times a week 1 weight session 1 5 a side football andd 1 flag american football the other days I am making sure I walk 10000 steps (5 miles).
    19th Aug was my last day with less then this.
