6 days same weight

Hello. For the last six days I have weighed every day and have not budged a pound, even though I am living like a monk!
I have a lot of weight to lose (7 stone) and was wondering why I have stalled so quickly.
I know I shouldn't way every day, but seeing it go down even a fraction gives me a good motivation boost.

6 days is not long enough to have an issue with it... you have a lot to lose, so this is going to be a process that takes months and years... please dont stress about 6 days....0

Not sure on why, but all I can say is don't weigh yourself everyday as you will go insane....it is too frequent to see any real changes and then it will demotivate you. I have only been doing this for two weeks and I have found them very long weeks but hopefully when I get on the scales tomorrow it will be worth it! Good luck with it all and I hope you see those pounds fall off week by week!!!0

did you put on the weight you want to lose (even a few pounds) in 6 days? no.
take a chill pill. trust me, it's a long process and you have to stick with it because I can promise one thing - giving up will certainly get you NOWHERE!0 -
Giving up is not an option, was just wondering why it had gone to sleep.
As you said I didn't go in in six days.......it was 7. What a week that was!

People who weigh themselves everyday are always disappointed and discouraged. Stop this... Keep it up, you will see changes - not in days though. I look forward to my weekly weigh day The few weeks I have had a cheeky look mid week I'm always the same which makes me sad and discouraged. On my official weigh day I've always gone down so it was silly to be sad during the week.0
