Slim in 6 calorie help plz

Hi all

Giving slim in 6 a go and started today, and did the start it up 35 mins, but did have to stop at one point due to shoulder injury but carried on but lower that was require. I have put this under aerobics average or do i need to put it under low impact!!!. i was sweating as well.

I know it will get easier just stuck with calories and what to track on here

    I am doing Slim in 6 as well. So far I'm only doing Start it Up, which I read somewhere was 300 calories. Somewhere I got the numbers 300 for Start it Up, 400 for Ramp it Up, and either 500 or 600 for Burn it Up. However, I don't remember my source, or even know if that is correct. When wearing my HRM, it only showed 100 something--and I was sweating my girls off! If you find more information on accurate calories, I'd love to hear it!
