Lets get to it!

Hi everyone I am new to this... I have looked at my fitness pal once or twice before but never really lasted more than a week. Im determined to give it my best shot this time. I have just given up slimming world as it just didnt work for me. I am fond on the diet weight watchers however after recently moving in with my partner we need to make serious cut backs.
Just a question do people add their fruit and veg to their diaries? As when I have been at other clubs they say eat as much fruit and veg as you want. However on here for a cup of blueberries is 40kcals and a banana is 110. What do you do?
If anybody would like to be my friend that would be great I really need all the help and support in the world!!

    hi,
    I' only a newbie too but i plan on adding everything to my plan, all fruit, tea and coffee etc. Then we should have a full view of absolutely everything that has been consumed. I'm sure it'll take a while to get used to logging everything but we can't hide from it if its there on screen in front of us. I'm hoping to just use my daily allowance and trying not to use any extras gained from exercise. I find its the carbs that get me so its great that it calculates everything..
