Losing fat and toning up

Can any1 guide me as to what i should eat, i am 10st 9, and i want to get to around 10st, i want to lose the fat and but really tone up,i dont want to be skinny, but i dont know the best food to eat, if any1 could be kind enough to do me a food diary that would be great,Thanks :o) xx

    What is your daily calorie goal?

    Also, to "tone" up, lifting weights does help a lot!

    All depends on your daily calorie goal.. work from there.
    if it's low stick to low calorie foods.

    It's all about moderation, i eat what i want and still maintain and lose weight, as i only want to lose a stone, i'm finding it harder to lose but easier to maintain my weight ro several weeks

    I don't do exercise! I need to really get motivated! haha

    I was thinking to set my calorie intake to 1200, is this to low, i am at the gym,first day was today,did hour cardio and half hour weights xx

    My calorie intake is 1200, to lose 1 lb a week. If you are going to set it low, make sure you eat your exercise calories back if you are hungry. And cardio is very good to do! Just be sure to eat good foods, no junk or fast food.
  • Focus on your diet.. Lean protein and complex carbs allow your body to build muscle and firm up.
