recovering bulimic :)

hi all ive just started my recovery and am supposed to be eating 6 small meals/snakcs every 3 hours so i get into a routine of eating and so my hunger and satiety feelings go back to normal. i was just wodering if anyone could give me tips of whats good, vitamin filled and healthy for snacks! i have such a hard time of deciding because for so many years my 'bad food' list has gotten so long i dont really know what is good any more! for instance carrots and fruits are on my bad list! and i know they probably shouldnt be!

    hummus, carrots, pita chips
    yogurt
    granola bar
    fruit strip
    almonds
    popcorn
    sugar free jello
    sugar free pudding
    cheese and crackers
