Is it possible to target back fat? I mean I want to lose fat all over (and NEED to believe me) but I have a specific reason to want to target back fat as much as possible. Just wasn't sure if it was possible.

Unfortunately we cannot pick and chose where we lose fat from (which disappoints us all) but toning that area up can give it a tighter appearance. When your body burns fat it taps into stores from all around your body. So just like doing 100 crunches a day will not melt all your stomach fat away, there isn't much you can do aside from keep up your healthy lifestyle and lose weight from all over.0

Hi, I'm starting a 25 day challenge called Ballet Boot Camp. It's suppose to be an overall workout but it does mention it reduces back fat, which I also need to lose along with this belly :explode: . I will actually be starting it today so I will keep you posted on the results!!!!!0
