Two super-useful sites!

I've been doing the C25K and I'm up to w4d2. I'm starting to really enjoy running, and I've come across these two great sites (props to other MFPers who are already using these sites and inspiring me)!

1. Feeling daunted by winter coming? http://www.runnersworld.com/cda/whattowear/0,7152,s6-240-325-330-0-0-0-0,00.html

(put in the temperature and the weather conditions, plus if you like to be warm/cold/in-between, and it will recommend what to wear to keep comfortable!)

2. Need to find songs that match your running speed? http://jog.fm/

(you can choose how fast you want to run your km/mile, or browse by BPM, and it recommends a list of songs that would suit it! It helps if you've already got a song in mind that you KNOW suits your stride and makes you feel fast, cos then you can use a beat counter online and find the BPM, then browse songs that are in the same category)

Now I'm so motivated, I almost want to skip my rest day just so I can rock out to my new songs while running! (don't worry, I'll be good and wait until Wednesday :) )
