College food will be the death of me.

I live on a small university campus and am having food troubles. When I eat a normal meal in the cafe we have my meals are equalling 600+ calories. I don't want to eat a salad for every meal, but I also don't want to eat grease dripping chicken or any greasy meal for that matter. More likely then not we have something deep fried. I don't know what to do. I am trying to stay away from deep fried food, but it is following me around. I have paid for a meal card so I would like to use it, but I don't want to be forced to eat food that makes you sick just looking at it. Now don't get me wrong there are a few meals a month that are awesome, but they are far and few between. What can I do? ~ Lost Kittie
