Umm...honestly? Milkshakes. The ones with good quality vanilla ice cream, just ripe fruit or dark chocolate or reeses cups, touch of milk, and oh yes, mountains of whipped cream.

thats hard i like chocolate but can barely eat it anymore (too sweet), chips (again to salty) pizza (but i get heartburn) so i guess soda (mainly Barqs root beer) and cheese0
