    Potatoes.

And since potatoes are calorie free then Fries, mash, perogies, latkas, gnocci , shepards pie and a bunch of other things I'd cook would be either calorie free OR really low cal!
  • Chinese Buffet. I would love to be able to walk in the door and "poof" anything you eat in here is calorie free !!

    e2551a03.jpg

all you need is a large wrap/ tortilla - i found warburtons square ones worked best
    20g grated cheese
    200g tinned tomatoes
    1 clove of garlic
    1/2 tsp mixed herbs

then what ever toppings u want to add ontop.

Reduce the tomatoes on the hob + add crushed garlic and mixed herbs, put wrap on baking sheet + add reduced toms, toppings then sprinkle with cheese, put in oven on a medium heat for 15 mins.

Bobs ur uncle Fannies ur aunt you gotta yummy pizza type concotion.

Chocolate. I would love to eat chocolate freely again. The only thing holding me back from my chocolate obsession is the weighing scale.

Panera Cinnamon Crunch Bagel (or any Panera pastry really...) and Carmel Latte! I would eat it EVERY freakin' morning!!

Their Bear claws are amazing...I usually end up getting oatmeal-also good but...not the same.

Along those lines, the pumpkin bread from Starbucks...mmmm

If you like pumpkin bread try this I got the recipie from a friend on weight watchers and they are amazing. I usually add pumpkin pie spice to add more pumpkin flavor. I bring these into work when everyone in on a diet they love them.

    Ingredients
1 (15 ounce) cans pumpkin 1 (18 ounce) boxes Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Spice Cake Mix 3/4 cup water nonstick cooking spray Directions
Mix pumpkin, cake mix, and water together with a hand mixer.
Divide batter into sprayed muffin tins. (I use an ice cream scoop for ease).
Bake at 350* for 18-22 minutes or until the muffins "spring back" when lightly touched.

If you are asking me they are regular sized one. I used to make the cupcakes but now I just make a 9x12 sheet cake and cut it into 24 pieces. Even if you eat two servings it is still less than 200 calories and they are very filling for me.

Nothing. The calories help keep me accountable for what I eat... otherwise I'd eat *kitten* all day and miss out on all the awesome (healthy) new foods I've tried.
