Wow,
Coffee - 1/2 & 1/2 w/honey
Oatmeal, 1 cup - Raisins, 1/2 banana, walnuts 25 Organic milk
Light Cranberry and Pomegranate Juice, 1/2 cup
A whopping 586 calories and 36 grams of sugar.

Maybe I need to stick to Eggs, toast and juice.
