400 dollars for 28 eight days on one of the plans! Are they kidding? I guess now is the perfect time of year for people to start selling new diets. Honestly they were very similar to diets already on the market. I just can't get over the price tag!0

Honestly, I've done different diets. I've put out a LOT of money doing it. Nothing's really worked for me until I came here. Good old fashioned healthy eating and exercise. And I don't even have a gym membership. Cost to me: $0.

I couldn't agree more I don't mind counting calories and once you get the hang of it its really easy. I have a new plan now for exercise and I'm hoping it will work.0

I completely agree! I think it's pretty ridiculous to restrict yourself of food that you know you're going to start eating again after your specific diet.
I do want to know more about this cookie diet.. It would have to be a damn huge cookie to fill you up. As much as I LOVE cookies, I think that is kind of pushing it.
What are they going to do next? A brownie and ice cream diet? Yum!0 -
My roommate did Nutrisystem and it was a joke. Her doctor told her she needed to lose weight so she signed up for it. She spent over 700 dollars for two month's worth of food and was miserable every moment of it. She lost 12 pounds, but gained it back as soon as she stopped doing it. HEALTH AND EXERCISE! The two most important things!0
