    Her body fat calculations are kind of whack--her body fat "images" are not super accurate, and the math itself will set you for a lower weight than is necessary for desired (or even healthy) body fat percentage.

    I am doing her Live Fit program but just the workout routines. I like it because it gives me a structure to follow every day.
    I follow my own eating plan since I am in maintenance mode.
    In my profile gallery I have a picture comparing the back shot you see in my profile pic with another one I took before starting the program. I think I look a bit leaner but the scale says I gained about a pound so I think it is working for what I want, which is more muscle definition and a leaner body without necessarily lossing weight. Again, I don't follow her eating plan.
