I am glad to have found MyfFitnessPal as an application for iPhone. I have been Starving for years while following different diets has turned my metabolic into a very slow system. Even with 1200 cal plan and exercise, I can hardly loose weight.Therefore, after I get bored I quit. HopefulIy, it will be different this time. We are all committed to change lifestyle. Maybe think about doing a higher cal plan, I did this at the beginning of the year and was not losing, try 1400......might help...

I was having the same problem. So I upped my calories and started a daily, tough cardio. I'm down 2 sizes. I don't weigh. I'd rather do it by clothing size. I hope this helps. kc0
