Chair Zumba

Hello!
I think you guys might be able to help me out because I couldn't find this on Google.
I was hit by a car in April and due to problems, I'm not allowed to exercise from the waist down. (Who gets told that??) Anyway, I have been trying out chair zumba because it's, well, at least something. I can't stay locked up in this house all day and my aunt took me a couple of times last week. It's not like the real thing, obviously, but it's more than sitting here and staring at a computer for hours every day. It's a mixture of arms and small crunches that I definitely feel.
So my question is, does anyone know what the calorie burn is for this? I mean, do you guys know if there are similar exercises you could compare it to? The concussion may have removed my ability to diverge but I honestly don't know what to look under. I'm not doing straight crunches for an hour and I'm not lifting weights for an hour.
Any help is appreciated!
