Just reviewing the last 8 month:
Ran 2 half marathons
Completed 2 Sprint Triathlons
Signed up for my next half in November
Started 18 week Hal Higdeon intermediate Marathon training for December 9th (not signed up yet, but...)
Why is this a success?
During this time I have lost 46lbs and have to realize that I am to blame for the weight gain and it is not just a thing that happens to all
Also had a doc appointment and all my blood work came back clean
Weight loss and exercise = no more high cholesterol
Heat rate Rest at 60 and BP at 116/75
That is what I am running and cycling for
