I was just joined a gym for about a month now. So I'm a trully beginner. I am 22, about 5'6" and 128 lbs. want to tone my body and actually just be healthy. I can feel a lot more fit since I join, and a lot more full-spirited in doing my usual activities. I usually do 2 to 3 classes (mostly yoga, body pump, and RPM) each workout and 4 to 5 times a week. I'm wondering though, is it okay to do both body pump and RPM everyday? Or like in general, is it okay to do both cardio and weight training exercise everyday?
I did 2 classes of yoga and 1 class body pump (my first time) on Sunday morning. I did 1 yoga class, 1 body pump class, and 1 RPM class today around afternoon to night. A friend of mine was asking to do a body pump class tomorrow as well (since she missed today's pump class). Actually, I can feel my thigh muscle is aching but I think it's normal. It's not that I was bother a lot with it. If you're wondering, I myself think I can do it tomorrow, or just everyday (when I have the time to). What do you think? Can I do another body pump class tomorrow? Or will it hurt my body instead?
Thank you so much. Really appreciate your help!

If you feel physically capable DO IT!
If you feel yourself getting impatient sooner than normal, or loosing sleep, losing strength gains, or constantly cheating on your diet then take some time off to rest.0
