I was wondering if anyone knows the most accurate site to get an idea of how many calories you have burned doing everyday activities. I live in Chicago, it's winter season, and I just finished shoveling my driveway and walkways.
I will probably be doing this every other week for the next 3 months, and I know I'm burning something, because I'm drenched in sweat underneath my coat by the time I'm done.
If anyone could suggest some sites I would appreciate it

Well..there is this one. But how many calories you burn depends a lot on you. Height, Weight, bone density, musle mass, and fat%.
The best way to figure out how many calories you are burning is with a heart rate monitor.
I'm sure shoveling snow burns a lot of calories.0 -
