Supplements?

I was taking a multivitamin but ran out a few weeks ago and didn't replace them. This past week I have been really tired and feel wiped out. I thought it was because I stepped up my workouts a little but now I'm wondering if it's because I am not taking vitamins. I honestly don't know what I should be taking.

Are there any nutritionists or people familiar with supplements that can give me some advice?
